Add Update Lead Timezone as an action in your workflow before the Place Call or Wait Until Calling Window action.Step 2. Save the action
No additional configuration is needed. Sympana Connector will use the lead phone number to determine the timezone and update the contact record.When to use this action
Use Update Lead Timezone when:- You are calling leads across multiple timezones
- You want to ensure calling window compliance
- Your lead records do not already have timezone data
